In 1995 two long established beekeeping organisations, Berwickshire and Kelso, amalgamated to form the Border Beekeepers Association a small friendly beekeeping association benefitting from experienced senior members, diverse local flora and an extensive interest in all aspects of beekeeping.  The association currently has a membership of c.100 and new members, with or without experience, are most welcome.  An active and interesting programme of events held throughout the year, including indoor and outdoor meetings, beginner and advanced classes.  We try to be a friendly and helpful association supporting all those with an interest in bees and beekeeping.
